User Experience Designer

Purpose of the role

Design endtoend user experiences and user interfaces for guestfacing digital and assisted journeys, and produce deliveryready design artefacts for handover to development and delivery teams.

Core responsibilities / skill set

Design endtoend UX and UI, from journey intent through to screenlevel designs

Translate service and experience concepts into:

• User flows
• Wireframes
• Highfidelity UI designs

Produce developerready handover artefacts, including:

• Figma files with components and layouts
• Clickable highfidelity prototypes
• Interaction and behaviour specifications
• Redlines and asset exports

Design interfaces that work across:

• Mobile apps
• Web platforms
• Kiosks and assisted service touchpoints

Collaborate closely with:

• Delivery and development teams
• Product managers
• Experience and service design leads

Support design clarification during build and UAT as required

Experience profile to source

• Proven experience delivering both UX and UI (not UXonly or visualonly)
• Experience designing real, buildable interfaces, not just concepts

Strong understanding of:

• Complex user journeys
• Error states, edge cases, and fallback scenarios

Experience in highvolume, realworld service environments, such as:

• Hospitality or destinations
• Retail or transport
• Large consumer or guestfacing platforms

Comfortable working in fastmoving delivery environments with multiple stakeholders
