Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced professional who can bridge user experience design, user research, and business analysis. This role is critical in ensuring that digital solutions are user-centered, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives for enterprise-scale initiatives.
The ideal candidate will lead UX and research efforts while also acting as a Business Analyst, translating user and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Design
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy for web and mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-level design guidance
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure design intent is delivered
User Research
- Define and execute user research strategies (qualitative & quantitative)
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field research
- Synthesize research findings into insights, personas, and journey maps
- Advocate for user-centric decision-making across stakeholders
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business and user needs into user stories, use cases, and specifications
- Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis
- Support product owners and delivery teams through the development lifecycle
- Assist with UAT planning and validation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience covering UX design, user research, and business analysis
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
- Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch, etc.) and documentation tools
