Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and effectively manage water supply systems, electrical distribution networks, and district cooling operations to ensure continuous, reliable, and efficient service delivery across all assets and facilities.
- Analyze utility consumption trends, historical data, and system performance to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving, energy optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with utility providers, service partners, and relevant government entities to ensure full compliance with regulations, service level agreements, and operational standards.
- Ensure accurate metering, billing validation, and preparation of detailed reports to support financial control, auditing requirements, and operational transparency.
- Lead, supervise, and support utilities maintenance and operations teams, ensuring adherence to HSE standards, SLAs, and continuous improvement practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
5-8 years of proven experience in utilities management or facilities management operations within large-scale developments or real estate environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive efficiency improvements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with a solid understanding of utilities systems, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
