Requirements:
Extensive experience (4+ years) in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives for complex, large scale digital products
Deep proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
Comprehensive understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
