Your new role
As a UX & Technical Writer, you will sit at the vital intersection of user experience, system design, and platform scalability. Your mission is to ensure that both the human-facing interface and the developer-facing documentation are clear, intuitive, and culturally resonant.
- UX Writing: Take full ownership of product language across the Super App, crafting microcopy for onboarding, navigation, and notifications to reduce friction and improve usability.
- Technical Writing: Develop and maintain high-quality API documentation and integration guides for partners and third-party developers.
- Language Governance: Establish and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines and terminology standards across the entire platform ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate complex technical mechanisms into accessible content for diverse stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a bilingual content expert who understands the nuances of the Saudi market.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UX writing, technical writing, within digital products or platform ecosystems.
- Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in Arabic, with a deep understanding of Saudi linguistic and cultural nuances, complemented by professional English proficiency.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to understand and document complex technical systems, including APIs and partner integrations.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in defining content frameworks, naming conventions, and maintaining documentation repositories or glossaries.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples (product copy, technical documentation, or both) is essential for this application.
