UX / UI Designer

We are looking for a UX / UI Designer to support the design and continuous improvement of a complex digital platform.

The role will focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly and visually consistent digital experiences across web-based products and operational interfaces. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to translate user needs and functional requirements into clear, effective designs.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working across the full design lifecycle, from user research and journey mapping through wireframes, prototypes, design systems and final UI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UX/UI design activities across digital products and platform features.
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers and business stakeholders to ensure design requirements are clearly understood and technically feasible.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback sessions to identify pain points and continuously improve the user experience.
• Design clear and intuitive interfaces for complex workflows, data-rich screens and operational processes.
• Build, maintain and evolve design systems, UI components and visual standards.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts before development.
• Ensure consistency across products, platforms and different user journeys.
• Support developers during implementation and review delivered interfaces against approved designs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, accessibility and overall product usability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within digital products, software platforms or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern UX/UI design tools.
• Proven experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability and interaction design.
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy digital interfaces.
• Good experience working with Product and Software Engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent professional English.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
• Availability to join immediately or within a maximum one-month notice period.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms or operational systems.
• Exposure to real-time dashboards, workflow-driven platforms or monitoring interfaces.
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Experience working within Agile / Scrum product teams.
