User Experience & Interface Design
Responsible for defining endtoend user journeys, interaction flows, and designing intuitive, usercentric interfaces.
Experience & Scale
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Proven experience working on largescale applicationswith 1,000+ users
Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement
Ability to independently run design thinking and UX workshops
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience collaborating across portfolios and multiple stakeholders
Domain Exposure
Experience working on ERP platforms and digital channels
Exposure to complex enterprise ecosystems is preferred
Design Tools & Skills
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
Handson projectlevel UI/UX delivery experience
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Device & Platform Coverage
Design experience across all device types
Strong capability in responsive design for mobile and desktopplatforms
Design Breadth
Experience across a wide range of UX/UI activities including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
