About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-centered UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interaction patterns aligned with our brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience (7 years) as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, UI designs, and interaction prototypes
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
