UX/UI Designer

xPMO is an AI-driven digital Project Management Office (PMO) platform designed to enhance project delivery for various organizations. The platform simplifies governance, automates reporting, and aligns strategy with execution across entire project portfolios. Focused on real-estate developers, consultants, and enterprises, xPMO provides transparency and predictability. It empowers smart and efficient project management to ensure successful outcomes for its users.

This full-time hybrid role as a UX/UI Designer is based in Riyadh, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The UX/UI Designer will design intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces and experiences aligned with business and user goals. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration. The designer will also innovate on aesthetics and usability while keeping the end user in focus.

• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating high-quality user interface mockups
• Strong capabilities in User Experience Design (UX) and User Interface Design
• Experience in Front-End Development and related tools is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suite is an asset
