Job Description
As Ux-UI Manager your responsabilities will be :
- Project Understanding:
- Lead comprehensive pre-implementation activities, including the analysis of current architecture, stakeholder interviews, and understanding new content and functionality requirements.
- Strategic Insight:
- Grasp the broader needs of the Company and its diverse audience segments to inform user experience decisions effectively.
- Content Development:
- Collaborate with content-focused colleagues to develop site maps and content outlines that align with project goals.
- Problem-Solving Approach:
- Demonstrate a relentless commitment to problem-solving throughout the UX/UI design process.
- Wireframe Prototyping:
- Utilize Figma to create detailed wireframe prototypes, ensuring a visual representation of the proposed user experience.
- Interface Design:
- Design intuitive and compelling interfaces optimized for seamless user experiences across various devices.
- Brand Identity Maintenance:
- Safeguard and extend the brand identity system (design system) to maintain consistency across all design elements.
- Collaborative Engagement:
- Engage in presentations with key stakeholders, and collaborate with a diverse team including developers, content stakeholders, copywriters, photographers, project managers, and marketing managers to ensure a successful web launch.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, or other related disciplines - key visual UI design eye a must
- Experience using Figma
- Someone who is curious and can keep us ahead of the curve.
- Ability to solve complex interactions and demonstrate a high level of critical thinking skills
- Well-versed in Design Thinking principles and cross-platform design best practices
- A comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates intuitive and compelling designs
- Self-starter with a track record of delivering quality work under deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Extraordinary attention to detail and craftsmanship
- A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
