Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven VAS Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our value-added services within the fintech ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in identifying new revenue streams, enhancing customer experience, and driving product innovation across our digital offerings. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of VAS products—from ideation and strategy to launch and optimize, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, fintech domain knowledge, and a passion for building impactful digital experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the VAS product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new value-added services (e.g., lending, insurance, loyalty, subscriptions, embedded finance).
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and business case development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Define and track KPIs and product performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Manage third-party partnerships, integrations, and vendor relationships to support VAS offerings.
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory and risk requirements within the fintech landscape.
  • Drive customer-centric innovation, improving user experience and increasing engagement and retention.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and rollout plans.
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product performance and roadmap progress.
  • Continuously monitor and improve product performance, identifying areas for scalability and efficiency.
