Lead the VAS & accessories business line, including product selection, procurement, pricing, installation quality, revenue
planning, and coordination with workshops and sales teams.
Ensure strong commercial growth of accessories sales and value-added services with high customer satisfaction and return on
investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual business plan and revenue targets for accessories & VAS.
- Select product ranges (safety, lifestyle, protection, tech upgrades, etc.) based on customer and market demand.
- Work with procurement & suppliers on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Manage stock planning, sales mix, monthly product performance, and slow-moving action plans.
- Create installation SOPs and train service advisors/technicians on fitment quality.
- Improve service center displays, visual merchandising, and sales conversion funnels.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, bundles, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Report revenue vs target, margins, attach rate %, branch performance, and ROI.
