Position Summary
Crypto Miners is a UAE-based Bitcoin mining company specializing in the sale of mining hardware and integrated hosting solutions for local clients. We serve both individual and institutional customers, delivering end-to-end mining infrastructure, from ASIC sales to customized hosting and large-scale turnkey projects.
We are seeking a driven and commercially aggressive Sales Representative to join our UAE operations. This is a full-cycle sales role, focused on volume, execution speed, and closing, while maintaining professionalism and long-term client relationships. The role suits a salesperson comfortable operating across a wide ticket range, from entry-level miners to seven-figure infrastructure deals.
You will work closely with engineering and pre-sales teams, while owning the commercial relationship from first contact through contract execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
- Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound and outbound lead qualification to deal closure and post-sale coordination.
- Sell mining hardware combined with hosting services, adapting the offer to client objectives, budget, and risk profile.
- Actively drive volume while maintaining pricing discipline and margin awareness.
Business Development
- Prospect and develop new local UAE clients across B2B and B2C segments.
- Identify opportunities with institutional clients, HNWI, and family offices when applicable.
- Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline alongside company-generated leads.
Deal Execution
- Coordinate with engineering and pre-sales teams to structure technical solutions for custom deployments.
- Support negotiations on pricing, delivery timelines, hosting terms, and commercial conditions.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations after deal closure.
Market Awareness
- Stay informed on Bitcoin mining trends, hardware cycles, hashprice dynamics, and local market conditions.
- Understand competitive offerings and position Crypto Miners accordingly.
Candidate QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Experience in technology, infrastructure, energy, data centers, or crypto-related industries is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable handling both small and large ticket deals.
Communication & Languages
- Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written.
- Additional languages are a strong plus.
Skills & Profile
- Strong closer mentality with a volume-driven mindset.
- Confident negotiator, resilient, and comfortable with targets.
- Curious and willing to learn technical aspects of Bitcoin mining and infrastructure.

Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the Regional Manager and Sales Manager.
- Individual contributor role, with clear ownership of personal performance.
