Your Tasks:
- Coordinate Worldwide Vendor Inspection activities in the Oil & Gas and industry sectors
- Handle clients inspection requests as a key point of contact
- Plan and execute mobilization of inspection engineers locally and worldwide
- Liaise with local and international counterparts and suppliers to appoint the required inspectors
- Review the resumes of proposed inspectors to determine their suitability for the inspection assignment
- Ensure timely reporting to clients with all sufficient information and documentation
- Support invoicing process with required docs. including time sheets, supporting documents and required approvals
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc Degree in Engineering or in relevant discipline.
- 5-10 years working experience in relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic business environment.
