Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clientsa global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

• Support and manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle across the Bank (onboarding, registration, activation, maintenance, coordination)
• Ensure smooth engagement with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Support procurement activities through system management, reporting, and best practice adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vendor master data in Oracle Fusion (contact, banking, classification)
• Handle vendor onboarding, registration, activation, and deactivation as per SOPs
• Ensure risk assessment, due diligence, and compliance during onboarding
• Prepare and maintain vendor reports (active vendor list, data accuracy)
• Guide vendors on iSupplier Portal usage
• Support new joiner formalities (system access, IT assets, coordination)
• Ensure timely and accurate TPRM reporting

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Procurement
• Knowledge of iSupplier Portal & vendor onboarding
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and multitasking ability
• Professional, ethical, proactive, and adaptable
