• Manage end to end vendor onboarding and lifecycle management for facilities and entertainment service providers in line with company policies.
• Source evaluate and onboard vendors related to facilities management events entertainment production and support services.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with facilities contractors and entertainment vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms contracts and service level agreements to ensure value for money and service excellence.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs SLAs and compliance standards.
• Ensure vendors meet health safety security and regulatory requirements applicable to facilities and entertainment operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with operational schedules events and facility requirements.
• Manage issue resolution and escalation with vendors to minimize disruption to facilities and entertainment activities.
• Maintain accurate vendor records documentation and contracts within approved systems.
• Support budgeting cost control and spend analysis for facilities and entertainment vendors.
• Prepare vendor performance reports and recommendations for renewal improvement or termination.
• Utilize SAP Ariba for vendor onboarding sourcing contract management and performance monitoring.
• SAP Ariba experience is mandatory.
