Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for managing all aspects of vendor registration and relationships, as well as managing the selection process and registration with our vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and service providers. The candidate will conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of vendor performance to mitigate risk, ensure accurate database, maintain high-quality standards, achieve cost-effective processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, deliver, and maintain an effective vendor registration and supplier relationship management (SRM) process in accordance with the laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Manage and control the vendor registration process for the procurement and contracts activities, by administering requests within the Microsoft ERP system.
  • Develop and manage the supplier identification and segmentation process, based on scope, value, and risk.
  • Research and analysis of strategic vendors and the external marketplace to identify requirements, opportunities, and risks.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence in the form of registration, prequalification, commercial documents, ESG, code of conduct, and financial health analysis.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and service providers.
  • Engage in regular reviews with key vendors and internal departments to discuss performance metrics, areas for improvement, and future growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure vendor alignment. Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and promote smooth operations.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in procurement and contracts with strong knowledge of vendor registration and management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and software, including Microsoft Office, ERP, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work actively within a team environment and with multiple departments.
  • Fluent in English (listening, writing, and speaking).
