Venture Capital Analyst

* Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identifying promising startups, conducting market research, and evaluating investment opportunities.

* Due Diligence: Assessing financials, business models, and competitive landscapes.

* Investment Execution: Supporting the deal process, from term sheet negotiations to closing.

* Portfolio Management: Working closely with founders to provide strategic and operational support.

* Incubation Support: Assisting in the development of new ventures within the firm's incubation ecosystem.

* Prior experience working in VC is a must.
