We are hiring a Venture Lead to join a prominent Abu Dhabi based group as they launch and scale a new digital venture

This role offers the chance to build and grow a new platform from the ground up within a well backed environment. The venture will sit at the centre of a rapidly developing ecosystem, working closely with government entities, regulators, financial institutions, and private sector partners across the UAE.

You will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, building the operating model, and driving the venture from early stage development through to market growth and adoption.

As Venture Lead you will take ownership of the venture strategy and execution roadmap while working closely with leadership, product, design, and engineering teams to bring the platform to market.

You will operate at the intersection of venture building, digital platforms, and ecosystem development. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate strategic direction into operational delivery.

A key part of the role will involve building strong relationships with ecosystem partners including developers, financial institutions, service providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure strong adoption and long term success of the platform.

• Lead the execution of the venture strategy and roadmap while ensuring the delivery of key milestones and performance targets
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritise platform capabilities and deliver high quality digital services
• Act as the primary point of engagement with ecosystem partners including developers, financial institutions, service providers, and regulators
• Drive partnerships and collaboration across the ecosystem to support platform adoption and growth
• Monitor performance, user adoption, and operational KPIs while identifying opportunities to expand the platform offering and market reach

Discover the requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience across product management, venture building, consulting, or digital platform operations
• Strong stakeholder management experience with exposure to regulators, government entities, or complex ecosystems
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution
• Experience working in fast paced environments where new products or ventures are being built and scaled
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
