Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments using EzyVet
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in EzyVet
• Process payments, invoices, and billing inquiries
• Manage appointment calendar and daily workflow
• Direct clients and pets to exam rooms as needed
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist veterinary team with administrative support
