The Vice President will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of transactions, including origination, due diligence, and closing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in executing deals across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets, etc.
- Preparing and supervising credit applications and financial analysis.
- Leading deal teams and managing transaction processes.
- Developing marketing materials and conducting client presentations.
- Engaging in customer-facing activities including KYC, DD, and relationship management.
- Coordinating with internal departments across regions for seamless execution.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate will have: 7-10 years of experience within a similar role at a well known bank in UAE.
- Extensive execution experience across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets, etc.
- A university degree (minimum undergraduate level); multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Proven leadership in managing deals and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
