A leading developer is expanding its data centre operations globally and requires an Executive HR leader to drive this growth.
This is not a traditional HR role. It is a strategic leadership position focused on building, scaling, and aligning HR functions across multiple regions.
You will report directly to the Chief HR Officer and play a key role in shaping the organisation's global workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy across USA, GCC, and APAC operations
- Design and implement organisational structures to support rapid growth
- Drive workforce planning aligned with business expansion
- Develop and execute Learning & Development frameworks
- Build and embed culture across multi-regional teams
- Lead organisational development initiatives
- Partner with leadership to support scaling of data centre operations
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of HR experience
- Currently operating at Director or VP level
- Mandatory data centre experience, with the last two roles in the sector
- Experience working across multiple regions (USA, GCC, APAC preferred)
- Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments
