Position Overview:
VP Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing initiatives and drive strategic projects. This role involves overseeing a diverse range of activities, including event management, public relations, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of marketing expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities. Oversee all logistics and attendee engagement to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Public Relations: Spearhead PR initiatives by managing media lists, crafting compelling press releases, and conducting outreach to elevate company visibility and promote key news and events.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to optimize audience interaction.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels, fostering a unified approach to project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project leadership.
