Job Brief:

SEE Holding is seeking a highly experienced Vice President Investments with a strong background in real estate development, specifically within developer companies in the UAE. The Vice President Investments will lead the firm's investment strategy, deal execution, and portfolio oversight across real estate and other projects. The role includes evaluating and structuring investment opportunities, managing capital relationships, and ensuring strong financial and risk assessment practices. This position is critical to driving long-term value creation for the company and its stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities across real estate and other sectors

Oversee detailed financial modeling, risk analysis, and due diligence.

Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and strategic partners.

Develop and present investment memos, board papers, and pitch materials.

Monitor asset and portfolio performance, including periodic valuations and exit strategies.

Supervise investment analysts and support team capability development.

Ensure investment decisions are aligned with company strategy and governance standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Deep understanding of investment evaluation frameworks (IRR, NPV, DCF, LTV, cap rates)

Strong knowledge of real estate markets, asset classes, and capital markets

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proven leadership and team development capabilities

Familiarity with REIT regulations, private equity models, and due diligence processes.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA or relevant postgraduate degree (required)

CFA (Preferred)

Minimum 10 years of investment experience with a track record of successful transactions

Arabic Language proficiency.
