Vice President of Products

A high-growth UAE fintech payments platform is hiring a VP of Product / Head of Product to lead product strategy and scale its payment infrastructure across the region.

You'll own the product vision, roadmap, monetisation strategy, and team - driving growth across payment links, Tap-to-Pay, invoicing, payouts, multi-currency and merchant tools.

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years in Product, with 35+ years in fintech/payments
• Deep understanding of payment systems, links & merchant flows
• Proven experience scaling payment or financial products
• Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
