About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic VP – Sales to lead global sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and scale our presence in the Forex / CFD trading industry. This is a leadership role within the executive team, focused on building high-performing teams, expanding market reach, and strengthening client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global sales strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive revenue growth through retail acquisition & IB partnerships
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing international sales teams
  • Develop and expand IB & affiliate networks
  • Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients (HNI)
  • Analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
  • Track and optimize performance using data-driven KPIs & analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business / Finance / Economics (MBA preferred)
  • 8–15 years in Forex / CFD / Financial Trading sales
  • Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership roles
  • Experience managing international sales teams
  • Strong track record in IB partnerships & client acquisition
