About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic VP Sales to lead global sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and scale our presence in the Forex / CFD trading industry. This is a leadership role within the executive team, focused on building high-performing teams, expanding market reach, and strengthening client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive revenue growth through retail acquisition & IB partnerships
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing international sales teams
- Develop and expand IB & affiliate networks
- Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients (HNI)
- Analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
- Track and optimize performance using data-driven KPIs & analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business / Finance / Economics (MBA preferred)
- 815 years in Forex / CFD / Financial Trading sales
- Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership roles
- Experience managing international sales teams
- Strong track record in IB partnerships & client acquisition
