A well-established boutique investment firm based in DIFC is seeking an experienced and high-performing leader as the Vice President of Sales as part of ongoing growth plans for 2026. The position is based in DIFC, with the role open to both UAEN talent and Expat talent.
This position will suit individuals who want to work closely with Leadership and the Founders to drive impact and growth. The role has further growth potential to become a Managing Director, depending on performance and growth.
Note: Candidates must have strong relationships/partnerships/network across the GCC ecosystem.
Responsibilities Overview:
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on the available products and services of the Firm, targeting institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs, sovereign wealth funds, and others.
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors in local, regional, and international markets.
- Keep and expand relationships by regular engagement, roadshows, pitch meetings, and due diligence.
- Work closely with IB and fund management teams to understand products and services, performance, risk profiles to craft sales propositions and pitch materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to create sales collateral, ensuring compliance in client onboarding, sales communications, and marketing materials
- Monitor market trends, investor appetite, feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify new investor segments or geographies.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and budgeting. Track progress vs targets and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Negotiate terms with investors, handle structuring where needed, and ensure successful closing of investment/subscription agreements.
- Oversee client relationship management post-investment, ensuring investor satisfaction, retention, and possible cross-selling of other services
- Opportunity to potentially also lead efforts in capital introduction, sourcing co-investment opportunities, and partnerships with platforms.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in institutional sales or capital raising in the asset management/private equity/investment funds/alternative investment space
- Strong track record of raising sizable amounts of capital from institutional and/or family office investors
- Deep networks in the region, GCC, possible Asia/Europe
- Good commercial acumen, understanding of fund structures, performance metrics, risk compliance.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation skills. Ability to pitch complex financial products.
- Experience in managing sales/IR teams; capable of coaching and building high-performance teams.
- Experience working in boutique investment banks or firms where one has to wear multiple hats (fund-raising + product knowledge + investor relations, etc).

Process:
- Selected candidates will be engaged in initial discussion about the role and company, aligning on packages.
- Selected Candidates to fill in a Client questionnaire
- Interviews to commence immediately with potential to go through 3-4 rounds within 4 weeks, depending on availability
- Position to be offered by the end of December or by the middle of January, with the selected candidate commencing in Q1.
