Vice President Private Equity

We are partnering with a leading investment firm based in Dubai to appoint a Vice President within their investment team. The firm has a diversified, global investment strategy with a strong focus on private markets, including private equity, growth investments, and structured opportunities across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across private equity, growth equity, and structured investments
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution processes end-to-end
- Work closely with senior stakeholders on investment strategy and portfolio construction
- Monitor and manage portfolio company performance, including board participation where relevant
- Develop investment theses across sectors such as technology, healthcare, industrials, and business services
- Build and maintain relationships with advisors, management teams, and co-investors
Candidate Profile
- 610 years of experience within private equity, investment banking (M&A), or principal investing
- Strong track record of executing transactions across sectors (non-real estate)
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Experience working across the full deal lifecycle
- Exposure to international markets is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree from a top-tier university; MBA or CFA is advantageous
