VP of Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Partnerships to lead strategic efforts in onboarding partners and expanding the adoption of our crypto payments platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and the cryptocurrency or fintech space. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing key partnerships to drive growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and onboard high-value partners, including merchants, enterprises, and financial institutions, to integrate and utilize our crypto payments platform.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and mutual success.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute partnership strategies that expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations, structure partnership agreements, and oversee the onboarding process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and compliance, to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with business goals.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to position our payment solutions as an industry leader.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or payments industries.
- Proven track record of onboarding and scaling partnerships that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable partnership opportunities.
- Experience working with C-level executives and enterprise clients.

- Experience with crypto payments infrastructure and integrations.
- Familiarity with payment processing, e-commerce, and global remittance solutions.
