Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Adobe After Effects
- Strong video editing skills (screen recordings, interviews, talking heads, graphics)
- Strong visual storytelling and editing portfolio/reel
- Excellent media management and file organization skills
- Experience working with Slack and email for team collaboration
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating Essential Graphics templates in Adobe Premiere
- Experience with sound design, audio repair, and audio mixing
- Experience editing EdTech/e-learning content
- Experience mentoring or training junior editors
