Job Title:

Short-Form Video Editor (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts)

Location: Egypt (On-site + Remote) we are still deciding where our offices in Egypt will be so temporarily remote

Salary: 20,000 30,000 EGP (Based on experience and performance)

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor who understands attention, retention, and storytelling.

This is not basic cutting and trimming.

You will be responsible for editing high-volume, high-impact vertical videos for real estate personal brands targeting premium audiences.

Your job is to turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, algorithm-optimized content that feels native to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You will work inside a structured production system alongside reviewers, strategists, and account managers.

We are building a serious content machine quality and consistency matter.

Qualifications

experience editing short-form vertical content

Strong understanding of retention psychology

Experience Premiere Pro / Final Cut (Premiere preferred)

Ability to work under deadlines and structured workflows

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
