We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor to produce high-impact ad creatives for digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands short-form storytelling, platform algorithms, and how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads that convert.
You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to create videos for paid ads, social media campaigns, and brand promotions.
Key Responsibilities- Edit short-form ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Ads
- Create high-converting video ads (UGC style, motion graphics, subtitles, hooks, CTAs)
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short ad variations
- Add captions, animations, sound effects, transitions, and branding elements
- Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and performance focus
- Collaborate with marketers to test multiple creative angles (A/B testing)
- Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining quality
Requirements- 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor for ads or social media
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Experience creating videos for paid ads and performance marketing
- Understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion-focused editing
- Ability to work with templates, brand kits, and creative briefs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Preferred Skills- Experience editing UGC-style ads
- Motion graphics and basic animation skills
- Knowledge of TikTok / Instagram / YouTube trends
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or e-commerce brands
- Basic understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
