Responsibilities

• Edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high quality in pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and creative direction.
• Storyboard and assemble raw footage, adding music, sound effects, and graphics as needed to enhance the narrative.
• Review and revise edits according to feedback from the team, ensuring all changes align with project goals.
• Maintain well-organized digital assets, including source files, projects, and completed videos for easy access and future use.
• Ensure timely delivery of final edits that meet established deadlines and specifications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in video editing software and techniques to improve efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of color grading, audio editing, and video production workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
