Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Video Editor to lead our editing team and deliver high-quality video content. The role combines hands-on editing with team leadership in a professional and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the video editing team on daily projects
- Edit videos and supervise final outputs to ensure top quality
- Assign tasks and manage team workload efficiently
- Review and approve edited content before final delivery
- Ensure consistency with brand identity and visual standards
- Coordinate with directors, producers, and content teams
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to editors
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Senior Video Editor
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual quality
- Ability to work under pressure and solve creative problems
- High attention to detail
