Company Description THE MEDIATOR REAL ESTATE, also known as Mediator Team, is a property services company recognized for knowledge, integrity, and a forward-thinking approach. The team supports clients in finding new homes, offices, and vacation properties across New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, New Capital, North Coast, and Ain Sokhna, with deep expertise in many of Cairo's compounds and neighborhoods. Services include property sales, consultancy, and property management tailored to diverse client needs. The company maintains accessible, client-focused operations, with offices open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and regular market updates through newsletters and other channels.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in New Cairo. The Video Editor will create, edit, and refine video content that showcases properties, neighborhoods, and company services across digital platforms. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, and motion graphics, and performing color correction and grading to ensure a consistent visual style. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives, developing video concepts, and optimizing content for social media and other channels. The Video Editor will manage file organization, maintain video asset libraries, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production and video editing, including assembling footage, storytelling, and preparing content for multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in video color grading and basic color correction to achieve consistent, high-quality visuals.
• Experience with motion graphics and graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and property highlight animations.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital and social media content formats.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; real estate or marketing experience is a plus.
