We are seeking a talented Video Editor & Videographer with strong hands-on production and editing experience, an understanding of digital audiences, and experience with AI-driven workflows, along with a creative, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot, produce, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, high-retention edits using storytelling, video psychology, strong visual/audio hooks, and professional post-production techniques.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and modern workflows for smart editing, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams, follow brand guidelines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows.
Requirements
- 35+ years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing, producing both short-form and long-form content.
- Strong experience with professional editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) and a solid understanding of audience behavior and video psychology.
- Ability to create high-impact visual and audio hooks optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience using AI-powered video tools and modern workflows, including creating videos with AI.
