Role Description:

We're Hiring: Video Marketing Intern (Storytelling + Social-First Content + AI Tools)

Location: Abu Dhabi HQ (preferred) | Flexible Remote

Duration: 3–6 months | Paid Internship.

This is an internship role for a Video Marketing Intern at IdeaCrate. The role is hybrid, based in Abu Dhabi with the possibility of some remote work. The Video Marketing Intern will be responsible for creating engaging video content, developing marketing strategies, and promoting IdeaCrate's mission and services through video campaigns.

We're looking for a video marketing intern who can take raw footage and transform it into content that captivates, converts, and sticks. You'll bring ideas, editing chops, and AI tools into the mix — all to help our in-house marketing team move faster and create better.

Qualifications

• Video Production, Video Editing, and Content Creation skills ,Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci.
• A storyteller's mindset: you know how to frame a story, not just trim a timeline.
• Working knowledge or curiosity about AI-powered tools for video.
• An eye for on-brand aesthetics, social-first design, and thumb-stopping intros.
• A sense of ownership, rhythm, and pace to manage multiple edits at once.
