Role Purpose:
Create visually compelling content across digital and social media platforms to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and tell impactful stories. This role combines videography, editing, and creative content production while collaborating with marketing and creative teams to implement strategic campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Videography
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Film videos using cameras or smartphones, ensuring proper lighting, sound, composition, and brand consistency.
- Edit raw footage into dynamic, polished content using video editing software.
- Create engaging visuals for static posts, motion graphics, and short-form content like Reels and TikTok videos.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.
- Optimize video content with captions, hashtags, and platform-specific strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
- Track content performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Research trending topics, challenges, and formats to stay ahead of digital trends and maximize audience engagement.
Team Collaboration & Guidance
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other content creators, providing guidance to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure content aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Brand & Quality Management
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling standards, and marketing objectives.
- Continuously seek creative improvements and innovative ways to present the brand visually.
Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience in videography, content creation, or social media content production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-powered image and video generationtools (e.g., Higgsfield, Google Veo, Suno, ElevenLabs, labeling or automation AI tools) to support content creation, ideation, and production efficiency.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels.
- Strong storytelling, creativity, and visual composition skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
