Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content showcasing real estate projects, properties, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture engaging visual content optimized for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop innovative and creative content ideas to highlight property features, promote projects, and strengthen overall brand visibility.
- Plan, manage, and execute content calendars in line with marketing strategies and campaign timelines.
- Optimize content formats, duration, and style to suit different digital platforms and target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling visual storytelling that supports lead generation and brand positioning.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned, relevant to the role and supported by the candidate's portfolio and skill set.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language & Communication
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Working proficiency in English for coordination and basic content requirements.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer / Content Creator, preferably in real estate, retail, lifestyle, or corporate branding.
- Strong hands-on expertise in video shooting, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Ability to create short-form and long-form content optimized for social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content optimization across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in photo editing using tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.
Content & Storytelling
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas that effectively highlight property features and project USPs.
- Experience creating reels, shorts, walkthrough videos, event coverage, and promotional campaigns.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Ability to manage content calendars, timelines, and multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing, sales, and external vendors.
- Ability to take briefings, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

- Flexible to support shoots, site visits, and events as required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Education & Portfolio
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Portfolio / showreel / social media links demonstrating relevant videography and content creation work is mandatory.
