About the Role
We are hiring a Videographer & Content Editor to create daily, mobile-first video content for social media. This role focuses on filming with a smartphone (preferably iPhone) and producing engaging videos tailored for Instagram and LinkedIn.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver consistent, high-quality content every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (primarily iPhone)
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn formats
- Add subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan daily content
- Prepare videos according to the publishing calendar
- Optimize content for different social platforms
- Support creation of content for:
- LinkedIn posts
- LinkedIn long-form articles
- Use AI tools to support:
- Captioning
- Copywriting
- Editing and content enhancement
- Maintain organized media files and consistent visual quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile videography
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, and smartphone audio setup
- Experience using AI tools for editing and content creation
- Ability to produce content efficiently on a daily basis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience creating business or marketing content
- Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and call-to-action videos
