Job Title: Videographer, Photographer & Graphic Designer
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on visual storyteller to lead videography and photography across our schools and nurseries, while also supporting design requirements. This role is central to how our brand is seen and experienced across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and day-to-day storytelling.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and at the design desk able to conceptualise, shoot, edit, and design high-quality content that brings our campuses, people, and values to life.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & Video Production
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, websites, events, and campaigns
- Lead video production for key moments such as events, school activities, student life, campaigns, interviews, and brand films
- Create short-form and long-form video content optimised for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, websites, and internal communications
- Manage the full video production lifecycle from storyboarding and shooting to editing and final delivery
- Maintain strong visual and narrative consistency aligned with brand guidelines
- Advise the marketing team on video formats, trends, equipment, and best practices
Photography
- Plan and execute professional photography shoots across campuses, events, activities, and marketing campaigns
- Capture candid, lifestyle, event, and conceptual imagery that reflects the ethos of our schools and nurseries
- Retouch and optimise images for use across digital and print platforms
- Build, curate, and manage a structured image library for ongoing marketing and communication needs
- Recommend and manage photography equipment and workflows
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Design marketing and communication materials including social media creatives, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, email templates, and basic campaign assets
- Adapt and resize content for different platforms while maintaining visual consistency
- Support campaign design requirements across digital, print, outdoor, and event materials
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into visually compelling outputs
Events & Audio-Visual Support
- Support setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for key events, presentations, and live recordings when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of visual coverage for events
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 45 years of hands-on experience in videography and photography, with strong supporting design experience
- Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)
- Excellent photography skills with strong post-production and retouching capability
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to storyboard, plan shoots, and think creatively from concept to execution
- Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments
- Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Curious mindset with interest in new tools, formats, and AI-assisted creative workflows
