About the Role

We are looking for a Photographer & Videographer to support our secondary market listings (resale and rentals). This role is primarily focused on on-site property shoots, including photography, video walkthroughs, and editing. The role is practical, fast-paced, and execution-focused, supporting agents and marketing with consistent, high-quality listing visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site photography and videography for secondary market properties (apartments, villas, townhouses).
• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and detail shots suitable for listings and portals.
• Shoot property walkthrough videos and short-form clips where required.
• Edit photos and videos (color correction, cropping, stabilization, basic enhancements).
• Deliver optimized media for Property Finder, Dubizzle, company websites, and social media.
• Coordinate with agents and marketing to schedule shoots and meet turnaround timelines.
• Maintain organized media folders and naming conventions.
• Ensure consistency in visual quality across all secondary market listings.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in real estate photography and videography (secondary market preferred).

Strong skills in photo and video editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent).

Good understanding of lighting, angles, composition, and framing for property shoots.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots per week.

Comfortable working on-site across different locations in Dubai.

Familiarity with portal image and video requirements is a plus.
