Job Description:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience
abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
. European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old
. Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of this VIE is between 24 months.
A VIE for a Human Resources Business Partner position has arisen within Airbus Africa and Middle East in Dubai. You will join the HR Department which handles the following countries:
UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, Algeria.
The working environment is diversified, multicultural and enriching as we have around 370 employees in Dubai from over 50 nationalities.
The Africa and Middle East region is under the One Roof concept, which means that we have employees from Airbus Helicopters, Defense and Space and Commercial, which will allow you to discover the diversity of our businesses.
As the focal point for the employees in your area, you will be expected to use your interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt, while putting your various HR skills into practice.
Your challenges:
Your main tasks will include:
. Recruitment (from the publication of the position to the hiring offer)
. Supporting the HR campaigns (Performance Review, Salary review, People Review,...)
. Acting as a partner to the business
. Ensuring employee proximity and building a trustful relationship
. Supporting employees in their development
. Contributing to the deployment of various HR projects such as Training, Reward, Talent Management and Policies

Your boarding pass:
You have the following skills and experience:
. Educated to degree level in Human Resources or a related discipline.
. 2 to 3 years of experience in HR (generalist, recruitment, international) (apprenticeships and internships included )
In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
. Adaptability
. Organization
. Availability and sense of service
. Good listening and communication skills
. Language skills: English mandatory, Arabic is a plus

La dure d'un VIE est de 6 24 mois en fonction du lieu d'affectation.
Un poste sous contrat VIE, Human Resources Business Partner, est pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Africa and Middle East Duba. Vous rejoindrez le dpartement RH qui s'occupe des pays suivants :
EAU, Egypte, Qatar, Maroc, Algrie.

La rgion Afrique et Moyen-Orient est place sous le concept One Roof, ce qui signifie que nous avons des employs d'Airbus Helicopters, Defense and Space et Commercial, ce qui vous permettra de dcouvrir la diversit de nos activits.
En tant que point focal pour les employs de votre rgion, vous devrez utiliser vos comptences interpersonnelles et votre capacit d'adaptation, tout en mettant en pratique vos diverses comptences en RH.
Vos challenges:
Vous serez en charge des activits principales suivantes :
. Recrutement (de la publication de la position l'offre d'embauche)
. Support des campagnes RH (Performance, revue des salaires, revue des employs)
. Positionnement en tant que partenaire auprs des managers
. Creation de proximit avec les employs et construction d'une relation de confiance
. Soutien des employs dans leur dveloppement
. Contribution au dploiement de divers projets RH tels que la formation, rmunration, la gestion des talents et les politiques.

Votre carte d'embarquement :
Vous avez les expriences et les comptences suivantes :
. Titulaire d'un Master dans le domaine des Ressources humaines ou une discipline apparente.
. 2 3 ans d'exprience en Ressources humaines (Gnraliste, recrutement, international) (apprentissages et stages compris)
En outre, vous tes en mesure de dmontrer les comptences suivantes :
. Capacit d'adaptation
. Organisation
. Disponibilit et sens du service
. Sens de lcoute et de la communication
. Comptences linguistiques : Anglais obligatoire, Arabe est un plus
