HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

You will support the planning and execution of VIP client experiences and events across the region, ensuring every detail reflects Cartier's standards of excellence.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to support the planning and execution of VIP experiences, ensuring every detail is delivered with excellence.

In This Role, You Will

  • Administrative & Coordination Support: Support day-to-day coordination of VIP experiences, including presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • International Events: Assist in the preparation and logistics of VIP treatments and experiences in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Regional Projects & Initiatives: Support cross-market initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups with local teams.
  • High-End Client Treatment: Assist in the rollout of VIP treatment plans, proposals, and client experience materials.
  • Reporting: Support budget tracking, invoice consolidation, and reporting to ensure accurate monitoring.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

  • 1+ year experience in coordination, events, or administrative support (luxury/hospitality is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Strong communication skills with a client-centric mindset
