We are seeking an experienced VMware Cloud / Virtualization Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale virtualization and cloud infrastructure. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, and NSX-T, supporting mission-critical environments with high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5/9) environments.
- Administer and optimize vSphere 7/8/9 clusters, including ESXi hosts and vCenter.
- Design, operate, and troubleshoot vSAN architectures for performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Implement and manage NSX-T Data Center for network virtualization, micro-segmentation, and security.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across compute, storage, and network layers.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management of VMware platforms.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on architecture and operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and design diagrams.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 58 years of hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Strong technical expertise in, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5/9), vSphere 7/8/9, vSAN architecture & troubleshooting, NSX-T Data Center.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale, production environments.
