Job Title : Visitor Experience Officer - UAEN
Job purpose :
Visitor Experience officer focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring the end-to-end guest journey to ensure seamless, memorable, and high-quality interactions.
Key responsibilities include creating visitor-centric policies, integrating digital/physical touchpoints, training staff on service standards, and analyzing feedback to drive engagement
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive VX strategy covering pre-arrival, on-site, and post-visit stages.
- Journey Mapping: Map and optimize all touchpoints (digital/physical), including ticketing, orientation, and amenities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor KPIs and gather visitor feedback to make informed improvements, as outlined
- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure facilities are welcoming and compliant with accessibility standards.
- Team Leadership & Training: Foster a customer-service culture, providing training for front-line teams to deliver,
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure consistent brand delivery.
