Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Cairo, Egypt. The Visual Merchandiser will design and implement creative product displays to attract customers and optimize sales. Responsibilities include planning and executing product arrangements for in-store displays, collaborating with retail teams to enhance customer experience, and ensuring that brand identity is consistently represented through visual presentation. The role also involves staying updated with visual merchandising trends and monitoring the success of display strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in Retail and Sales, with an understanding of consumer behavior and merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to enhance overall shopping experiences and address customer needs.
• Expertise in creating attractive Window Displays to draw customer attention and drive foot traffic.
• Keen attention to detail and creativity with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visual presentations.
• Problem-solving and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred.
