Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop creative product display strategies to attract customer attention.
Conduct regular visits to Carpiture showrooms and submit detailed reports.
Propose new display ideas and present them to the Business Development Manager.
Allocate display spaces according to customer needs and product demand
Monitor product movement and ensure optimal product placement.
Design showroom layouts and visual maps for product presentation.
Train showroom staff on proper product display techniques.
Coordinate with Store Managers to ensure accurate execution of display plans.
Provide weekly reports on showroom visits and results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or display management (preferably in furniture or retail).
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong communication and planning skills
Knowledge of various display methods and visual marketing trends.
Good command of English
