What you'll do:
- Develop, collate, and distribute visual merchandising guidelines for stores and operations teams.
- Lead the implementation of new floor sets, seasonal lines, and promotional visuals.
- Train and mentor store teams to uphold brand visual standards and identify Visual Champions
- Conduct store visits, provide feedback, and recommend improvements tailored to local markets.
- Plan and execute marketing and visual campaigns, seasonal launches, and in-store promotions.
- Maintain POS libraries and ensure all visual materials meet quality and value standards.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in visual merchandising within retail.
- Proven ability to train, inspire, and lead store teams.
- Creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
